1. When will your online store open? Can I place an order?

We plan to reopen our online store on May 11th. Due to current circumstances and a large influx of orders prior to the confinement there has been unforeseen delays in shipping exisitng orders. We ask for your patience as work hard to deliver the orders.


2. Will delivery times be affected for orders placed after 11th May?

We will strive to dispatch orders to Colissimo as soon a possible. However, delivery times may be longer and we cannot guarantee Colissimo will deliver orders within 2 working days after being dispatched from our warehouse.

We provide a tracking number for all dispatched orders and advise our customers to use Colissimo online tracking to get the latest information on your orders.

Dear Customers,

Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, developments have prompted the government to take measures to limit the effects of the epidemic. In accordance with the latest recommendations, AyurvediqueShop has taken all the measures in this new stage to preserve the health of its employees and partners.

We have temporarily suspended the operation of our store and deactivated our online store. We will resume operations once it is safe and we have received evidence from the government.
