Shipments and Returns
Your Pack Shipment
Packages are generally dispatched from our warehouse within 2-4 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will apply – please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a tracking link so you can monitor your package online.
For customers in mainland France, we also offer delivery via Mondial Relay to Lockers and Point Relais locations. You will be able to select your preferred pickup point at checkout, and you will receive a notification once your package is ready for collection. Please note that parcels must be collected within the timeframe specified by Mondial Relay; uncollected parcels will be returned to us and refunded in accordance with our returns policy excluding shipping cost.
In the event of a natural disaster, pandemic, or strike affecting the origin or destination of your shipment, there may be significant delays. We will aim to inform you promptly; however, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates under such circumstances.
Shipping fees include handling and packing costs as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of your order. We recommend grouping your items into a single order, as we cannot combine orders placed separately and shipping fees will apply to each. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.
Boxes are adequately sized and your items are well-protected.

Click & Collect
Customers may collect their purchases from our main store in Paris from one working day after placing an order. When placing your order, you will be able to select a one-hour collection slot. A unique collection PIN will be sent to the email address provided at checkout; this PIN, together with the order confirmation email and valid photo identification, must be presented to a member of staff upon collection.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must present their own valid photo identification along with the order confirmation email and collection PIN.
Orders will be held for seven days from the scheduled collection date. Any order not collected within this period will be automatically refunded within five to seven working days.
