Uses:
For scalp and hair:
- Apply a few drops to the scalp.
- Gently massage for 5 to 10 minutes to stimulate blood circulation.
- Leave on for 30 minutes to overnight, then wash with a mild shampoo.
For mental relaxation and memory:
- Apply a small amount to the temples or forehead.
- Massage lightly to reduce stress and promote mental clarity.
