Directions:

 For hair:

• Apply a small amount of oil to the scalp and lengths of your hair.
• Massage gently for a few minutes.
• Leave on for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for intensive treatment).
• Wash out with shampoo.

For skin:

• Apply a few drops to clean, dry skin.
• Massage until absorbed.
• Ideally use in the evening.

 For eyelashes and eyebrows:

• Apply with a clean brush (like a mascara wand).
• Use a very small amount.
• Apply in the evening before bed.

For nails:

• Massage a drop onto each nail and cuticle.
• Use daily for best results.
