Directions for Use:

Preparation

• Ensure the oil is at room temperature or slightly warm.
• Lie down with your head slightly tilted back.

Application

• Instill 2 to 5 drops into each nostril.

After Application

• Remain lying down for 1 to 2 minutes.
• Remove any excess oil if necessary.

Frequency
