Eladi Tailam is an Ayurvedic herbal oil formulation traditionally used to treat and nourish the skin and scalp. Directions for use (external use)
For the skin
- Apply a few drops to the affected area.
- Gently massage in circular motions for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Leave on for 30 to 60 minutes or overnight for targeted treatments.
- Then rinse with lukewarm water if necessary.
For the scalp
- Gently warm the oil before application (optional, lukewarm only).
- Apply a few drops to the scalp.
- Gently massage for 5 to 10 minutes to stimulate circulation.
- Leave on for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Wash with a mild shampoo.
For Ayurvedic massage
- Use 5 to 10 ml of oil per session.
- Massage the entire body, especially the joints and dry areas.
- Recommended before bathing or showering to nourish the skin and relax muscles.
